We got a call from our team yesterday. CU recommended a change in systemic therapy. Time to pivot.

My systemic treatment will change to my previous regimen; which means I will need to be admitted every three weeks for my infusion and a desensitization protocol To insure that I don’t have another allergic reaction. Definitely not my preference, but my reality. Having to be admitted is deflating to my ego and adds to a bit of anxiety. This journey has kept me on my toes, requiring an extent of flexibility that honestly becomes a bit draining.

To distract myself for a moment, I binged some “Wheel of Time”’s new season. That was followed by some meditation and uneasy sleep. Hoping the next few days offer some acceptance and a little more peace and bravery on the curve in this path and journey.
