The Haze

I feel like I am starting to come out of a haze. My biggest side effects from chemotherapy have been fatigue, anxiety, nausea, and brain haze. Thankfully, I continue to have the most understanding nursing staff and oncologist. We will be tweaking medication and adjusting daily goals accordingly, and hopefully have some improvements with the next round.

The boys and Jon have been doing their absolute best to keep me comfortable and moving. Yesterday was shower day and everyone was by my side grabbing all the things and making sure I didn’t need anything else. A massage was in store and relaxation. I was able to eat more yesterday, and already have a meal in today.

Glimmers: gentleness, calm, rest, and love. Continued thanks for meals, neighbors, friends and love pouring in. Meditation, breathing, and medications.

A music video I recently watched of a song I have been listening to for years… turns out the visuals are exactly how I envisioned them to be. Hopefully you can enjoy the calm and the videography as much as I do.
