Realizations

To be honest, I haven’t caught up on news in a while, and took a peek this week… it all seems irrelevant in our family’s zoomed in focus due to the physical and emotional demands of our micro-existence and getting through our next season. But for anyone out there swirling in doubt, anger, or for relief, look to your own circle, tribes and community. Your people are still here and there are still people that will find you in the right moment.

My glimmers this week comes through my circle of beautiful individuals. To sit in chemo infusion with my people has been the most powerful healing. The presence of those willing to be with me feels magical, calming, and affirming. Kadijah, Maggie, Mandy and Inez, your love is in my heart and running through with the chemotherapy. There’s something to be said for being surrounded by women, each with their own strengths and own expressions of love to myself and family.

The medicines and chemo have been more gentle this round. The boys more rambunctious ❤️.

Bros and books.

Keep the love pouring in, it makes this load so much lighter. Hoping you all can find glimmers each day.
